Dr. Robert Joyce is a licensed optometrist with over 20 years of experience in vision science and patient care. Specializing in specialty contact lens design, myopia progression management, vision therapy, and neuro-optometry, he brings a deep understanding of visual neuroscience to his practice.
Dr. Joyce holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry and a BS in Biochemistry from UC San Diego. He is the owner of Valley Center Optometry, where he has been providing expert eye care since 2008.
Dr. Joyce’s career also encompasses consulting, leadership roles, and data analysis in clinical research and FDA trials for innovative vision solutions. He boasts extensive experience in the research and development of novel lens technologies and has presented at major industry events.
